UX Team Lead

The opportunity

Permanent UX Team Lead role in an award winning employee software recognition company based in Dublin

Will have experience in designing UX frameworks and advocating for best in class process to deliver engaging experiences for millions of users

The Responsibilities of the role

*Serve as the UX Team lead that will support, mentor and inspire the team to deliver exceptional user experiences.

*Identify areas for improvement and be a driving force for change, UX communication and practices for the team.

*Align the work of all designers and ensure the team have visibility across all agile projects.

*Facilitate effective design critique and design feedback sessions

*Passion for pushing Lean UX methodologies, design thinking and design sprints.

*Create functional prototypes, test scripts, usability tests and high fidelity visual design.

*Govern our UX framework and advocate for best in class process.

*Plan and execute an effective user research strategy for the team.

*Work within your own scrum team and projects and manage your leadership and creative role effectively

*Champion team collaboration and community of practice

What you will need to have

*At least 5 years' experience working in a senior UX role.

*A strong portfolio that can showcase a systematic thought process and design thinking approach for solving problems.

*Ability to determine unique and creative solutions to problems within a rapid development environment.

*Experience leading a UX team in an agile development environment is a huge advantage.

*You will be a complete people person, empathetic with a clear communication style.

*Passion for attention to detail and iterative design process.
