To ensure we continue to deliver and drive world-class User Experience for our clients, we are looking for a Junior UX Designer to join our Manchester based team. This position is ideal for someone seeking to commence their career in UX, particularly those who have a passion for delivering great digital experiences. This role will see you work with clients across the Pharmaceutical sector, although prior experience in this industry isn't essential.
As a Junior UX Designer you will work closely with our dynamic, cross-functional team to research and design digital user journeys. From your user research and testing you will be responsible for identifying suitable insights and recommendations. You'll work to support the formulation of strategies, ensuring they are engaging, well considered and appropriate to our varied audiences. This is a supportive role and you'll work with more senior team members, constantly developing and adding to your experience and skill set.
The successful candidate will:
Show a real passion for all things digital
Be enthusiastic to learn, showcasing a desire to keep up to date with current and emerging trends in digital, UX, usability and accessibility
Demonstrate a working knowledge of information architecture, user journeys, wire-framing, specifications and guidelines
Be comfortable visualising their designs. Experience of Sketch and Photoshop are desired but not essential
Be a proactive person with a creative nature who has a keen eye for detail and the ability to think outside the box

You should be passionate, possess real drive and have your own ideas, alongside the confidence to share them.
